Thriving Leadership Series: Part One & Part Two

This two-part workshop series is designed specifically for senior leaders looking to align their leadership identity with the creation of thriving workplace cultures.

  • Part One: Leaders reflect on their personal “why” for their work through experiential activities, self-reflection, and group discussions. Attendees explore how thriving work cultures impact their leadership identity while completing pre-work assignments that deepen insights during the session.

  • Part Two: Leaders dive into the essential ingredients for co-creating thriving cultures while identifying toxic workplace characteristics to avoid. Using an alignment framework, attendees collaborate to develop actionable next steps for building psychological safety within their teams. Together, they co-create working agreements that support their shared vision for workplace culture.

Throughout both parts of the series, participants experience a co-creative process that builds psychological safety within the group while applying learning through experiential activities.
